Regulatory & Licensing Information

Chengtu.sg is a licensed recruitment and manpower consultancy brand operated by ChengTu Consulting Pte. Ltd., a registered Employment Agency regulated under the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM EA Licence: 22C1353).

01. Employment Agency Registration

We operate strictly under the Singapore Employment Agencies Act (Cap. 92) and adhere to all regulatory requirements set forth by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

02. No Guaranteed Visa or Pass Approvals

All Work Permit (WP), S Pass, Employment Pass (EP), In-Principle Approvals (IPA), and Letter of Consent (LOC) applications are subject to the independent evaluation, discretion, and final statutory approval of the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

Neither ChengTu Consulting Pte. Ltd. nor Chengtu.sg guarantees visa or work pass approvals, as all approvals depend entirely on MOM criteria, employer quotas, and candidate qualifications.

03. Zero Unauthorized Fees Policy

In strict compliance with Singapore Employment Agencies Rules:

We do NOT charge unauthorized agent fees, registration fees, or interview fees to job candidates.

Agency placement fees charged to foreign workers adhere strictly to the fee caps legislated under MOM guidelines (capped at a maximum of 1 to 2 months basic salary depending on pass duration).

Any individual or third party claiming to represent Chengtu.sg and demanding unauthorized payments should be reported immediately to our compliance desk.

04. Employer Hiring Discretion

Job offers, salary packages, and deployment timelines are determined by the hiring Singapore employers based on their project needs and candidate skill evaluations. Chengtu.sg acts as the licensed intermediary facilitating ethical screening and legal documentation.
